Crepes are very thin pancakes that originate from the northwest region of France, and can be filled and topped with fresh ingredients, savory or sweet. Filicori Zecchini’s mission has always been to reach perfection in the unmistakable aroma and special taste of Italian Espresso coffee. For this reason, today like yesterday, they only select coffee grains of the highest quality and carry out separate roasting for each variety.
About the Owner
After graduating from French Pastry School in Chicago, Mohamed Ouifak re-opened Cream of the Crepe in March 2014. Chef Mohamed, with the help of his brother Youssef, brings his French-Moroccan influence to Park Ridge.
